Abhinav Sardoddi is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in both IT and non-IT industries. With over 3 years of experience, Abhinav brings creativity and innovation to all his projects. He has managed end-to-end technical training programs, created annual HR audits, and coordinated onboarding activities for new employees to ensure an effective induction process. Abhinav has also handled employee grievances in the workplace and ensured employee retention through corrective measures. Abhinav is currently working as a Human Resources Intern at CGI, where he is responsible for regular employee engagement activities to build motivation and performance management during and after the training period. He has resolved internal conflicts and labor and payroll-related issues, and contributed to the hiring process by introducing a change in onboarding candidates, reducing the number of offer rejects before joining the client. Prior to his current role, Abhinav has worked with Allegis Group and Accenture. He has also completed live projects with Lowe's India, where he worked on revamping the operational model for executive assistant roles. Abhinav holds a PGDM in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from T.A. Pai Management Institute, where he is expected to graduate in December 2022. He also holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Gandhi Institute of Technology & Management (GITAM) University, Visakhapatnam. Abhinav completed his secondary education from Sri Krishnaveni Talent School.
