Abhinaw Kumar is a technology and data enthusiast with over 7 years of relevant experience. He is the Head of Digital Marketing and Analytics at Borosil Limited, where he leads a team of data science, business analysts, data analysts, and growth experts to scale the organization. Abhinaw is obsessed with solving business problems at scale and loves to crunch numbers to provide actionable metrics and reports that help set up KPIs across all verticals at the organization level. He has also defined daily key metrics across all departments like sourcing, operation, marketing, growth, and management, which helps the team focus on the solution of exact problems on a daily basis. Prior to joining Borosil Limited, Abhinaw was the Analytics and Data Science Lead-Marketing at purplle.com where he played a key role in securing series B funding, becoming the No. 1 eCommerce portal in India in the beauty category, launching multiple best-selling brands/products, and defining daily key metrics across all departments. Abhinaw has also worked as the Technology Product Head at angelheart.in and gradufund.com, where he was solely responsible for transferring the whole framework of both websites from AWS to Google cloud products. He developed the backend (including database management and optimization) and front-end of both websites by himself and was responsible for the creation and implementation of appropriate strategies for all offered services and products. He also designed and implemented an algorithm for credit score generation of loan applicants. Abhinaw holds a 5-year integrated M.Sc in Mathematics and Computing from IIT and has completed his Class 12th and Class 10th from Bal Vikas Vidyalaya and HS Chaukhandi Path Sasaram, respectively. He is proficient in data science, SQL, AWS, UI, frontend, and backend technologies.
