Abhinay Varsh is a highly skilled and experienced product professional with a unique blend of 1.5 years of startup experience and 4 years of corporate experience. He is a problem solver and multitasker with a passion for building and managing technology products. Abhinay has a technical and people-oriented skill set that makes him an excellent fit for his role as Co-Founder & Product Head at HIRA, a B2B SaaS that helps colleges and training institutes/boot camps with end-to-end placements. Abhinay's experience in driving the vision and roadmap for tech products has been instrumental in the success of HIRA. He has architected the entire user flow and implemented the initial roadmap in just three months. Abhinay is majorly involved in wire-framing, prototyping, UI/UX, writing user stories, and managing product development in agile framework. He has successfully led the engineering team through two major releases (Tech stack: React, Redux, Spring Boot, MySQL, and AWS). Abhinay has also been instrumental in resolving over 200 issues in just 10 days before a major release. He is continuously involved in product QA and ensures that the product meets the highest quality standards. Abhinay's past experience includes working as a Program Manager at Anar Business Network and as a Senior R&D Engineer at Synopsys. At Anar, he was instrumental in Go-To-Market (GTM) and onboarded 15,000 businesses at zero cost (UAC). At Synopsys, Abhinay owned 6 modules and was responsible for their future development. He implemented various key projects that improved the overall efficiency of the platform. Abhinay holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IIM L and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) from IIT KGP. He is skilled in AWS, QA, MySQL, Spring Boot, Spring, Redux, UI, test, Search, Software Engineer, and Infra. Abhinay's hobby is photography, which inspires him to be creative and curious.
