Abhinaya Shetty is a self-motivated and detail-oriented MSCS graduate with over 9 years of relevant experience in software development and data engineering. She is a classic workaholic who enjoys her work and specializes in machine learning. Abhinaya completed her Master's Degree in Computer Science at Georgia Tech in 2015 and has since gained valuable experience working with big data in various roles. Currently, Abhinaya is a Senior Data Engineer at Netflix, where she leverages her expertise in data engineering to build scalable and reliable data pipelines that support the company's data-driven decision-making processes. Prior to joining Netflix, Abhinaya worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Visa, where she developed software solutions for processing large volumes of financial data. Abhinaya's experience also includes serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Georgia Tech, where she helped students understand concepts for assignments and projects as the TA for the Knowledge Based AI course for both the in-person class and the online version. Abhinaya's education history includes a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Georgia Tech, an Engineer's Degree in IT from Mumbai University, and an HSC in Computer Science from Royal College. She also completed her SSC with an impressive 89.86% from Holy Cross Convent School. Abhinaya's tech stack includes expertise in data engineering, software engineering, big data, machine learning, AI, and research science.
