Abhinayaraj R is a seasoned leader with over 17 years of experience in product engineering, specializing in distributed systems and data center technologies. He is currently working as the Senior Manager of Technical Programs at Nutanix, where he leads and manages programs that make hardware agnostic to the Nutanix OS/Cloud eco-system. He is responsible for cross-functional and operational management, driving high operational efficiency, and managing contract vendor and team relationships. Abhinayaraj has also onboarded new partners in the domain of NIC and HBA to leverage the Nutanix Elevate Partner Program and help them grow as potential partners to realize Nutanix's vision of invisible hardware in the cloud. Abhinayaraj is an accomplished leader who enjoys creating a work environment where there is a balance between the heart and the brain. He has played multiple roles such as being an Engineering site Lead, Pre-sales architect, building business opportunities, people management, site operational budget management, client stakeholder management, building teams, executing projects for enterprise storage and networking clients, which involve technologies such as hyper-converged infra solutions, big data, RDMA, etc. Abhinayaraj holds an MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and a B.Tech in ECE from Pondicherry University. He has a diverse tech stack, including senior software engineer, test, QA, product manager, Python, integration, software engineer, big data, infra, and web.
