Abhisek Keshari is a highly motivated and skilled data scientist with a passion for solving complex business problems using tailored data and algorithms. He has a strong academic background in engineering, statistics, and machine learning, and is experienced in working with diverse teams and industries. Currently, Abhisek is working as a Data Scientist at Merapashu360, where he is responsible for developing high-performing AI solutions. Abhisek has also worked as a Software Engineer at Indmoney, where he optimized systems and developed a health insurance proposal center that increased sales and lead conversion rates by 3x. He also created a service that holds all the information needed to access third-party services. Prior to this, Abhisek worked as a Data Scientist at Mahindra & Mahindra, where he synchronized various data resources to predict the demand and supply of cab services. Abhisek's academic achievements include being a Director's Gold Medalist and an Institute Silver Medalist from IIT Jammu, where he completed his Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering (Major) and Computer Science (Minor). He is also currently pursuing his Master's degree from the same institution. Abhisek's technical skills include data science, research science, AI, ML, and software engineering. He is passionate about connecting ideas from different disciplines and communicating complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders. In his graduate studies, Abhisek has taken on various leadership roles, including mentoring undergraduate students, coordinating institute-wide outreach events, and leading the entrepreneurship cell. Abhisek is a highly motivated and dedicated individual who is always striving to improve his skills and knowledge.
