Abhishek has also worked as an HR Generalist at Danone Nutricia Early Life Nutrition, where he handled compliance, organizational design and development, recruitment, training, hygiene and safety management, plant strategy, PF, ESI, and solving grievances. Abhishek holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Nehru Gram Bharti University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services and Information Technology from UPTU, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from Kurukshetra University. He is also a software engineer and has relevant experience of 5.10 years.
