Abhishek Anand is a young and dynamic leader with over 9 years of experience in IT sales, sales enablement, and execution. He has a proven track record of overachieving targets in both international and domestic markets. Abhishek is passionate about people, purpose, and technology, and is a trusted advisor to customers, helping them in their digital transformation journey with cutting-edge technology and class-apart consulting and solutioning. Abhishek is currently the Country Head for Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand at LeadSquared, where he is trying to build a $50M story in APAC. He is an 'A' player in customer relationship management (CRM), SaaS/cloud solutions like marketing automation, ERP, LMS, enterprise sales and solution consulting, relationship building at 'CxO' level, product demonstrations and trainings, negotiation and sales execution, key account management, and business expansion, value, and revenue generation. Abhishek's past experience includes working as a Business Development Manager at TCS iON, a strategic business unit of TCS, where he worked closely with the product team, senior managers, sales and marketing teams to ensure they delivered the best. He was responsible for handling TCS iON Digital PrepTest (B2C product) and ERP (B2B product) and worked in both Hyderabad and Delhi NCR regions during his tenure. Abhishek started his career as an R&D engineer in Hemsupra Engineers Pvt. Ltd., where he worked in both the R&D and management teams. He researched and worked on existing technologies of that time, such as ignitors, CFLs, and LED lightings, to ensure sustainability and power efficiency. He also supported the sales team in managing clients, mostly public sector accounts. Abhishek holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University and completed his high school education from D.A.V. Public School, India. He is a result-oriented, highly motivated, creative, and innovative self-learner with excellent story-telling, superior engagement, sales, presentation, and networking skills, supported by an aptitude for technical aspects.
