Abhishek Bhalla is a seasoned product professional with over 7 years of experience in the industry. He is currently working as a Product Manager at Rocketium, a leading video creation platform. In his role, Abhishek is responsible for driving the product roadmap, defining product strategy, and delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs. Prior to Rocketium, Abhishek was a Founding member and Product Manager at DIY, an online community of kids producing entertainment-quality videos and developing new approaches for project-based learning. At DIY, Abhishek played a key role in building the product from scratch and growing it to a global user base of over 130+ countries. He was responsible for product development, user acquisition, and retention. Abhishek has also worked as the Head of Operations & Revenue at Ithaka, a travel tech startup. In this role, he managed and led the business roadmap across three verticals: revenue, partnerships, and customer success. He achieved a 5x increase in average ticket size and 3x GMV across quarters for 2018-2019 through new initiatives across partnerships and sales. He also drove the launch of the European market across vendor partnerships, inventory setup, user content, employee training, and GTM strategy. Abhishek recruited and nurtured over 25 employees across tenure and implemented processes for enhancing company culture. Abhishek holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology. He is a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills.
