Abhishek Chauhan is an experienced software engineer currently working at Karza Technologies Private Limited as an SDE 2. He has a strong background in Python, Django, Web Scraping, Data Science, NLP, Javascript, and Cordova. Abhishek is passionate about developing new technologies to solve real-world problems. Abhishek has a demonstrated history of working in the computer software industry. He has worked as a Software Engineer at Corepo and as a Django and Web Crawlers Developer at Ruben Wolff Datascience Consulting. In his previous roles, he integrated crawlers into the Django backend with Celery and AMQP, worked on distributed parallel data processing by expanding the Celery workers to multiple cloud machines, and developed new features for the applications. Abhishek has also attempted to start his own ventures. He created Socrates.news, a news aggregator web app that aimed to present balanced news in the times of fake news. He also created Nearstores, a hyperlocal grocery app that allowed local vendors to get online. Nearstores was one of his most successful projects, with over 300 customers on the platform who made 500+ orders in the span of 3 months from the launch. However, due to management issues and low resources, Abhishek could not continue the project. Abhishek holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University. He has relevant experience of 3.86 years in the industry. He is skilled in developing software using Django, Web, NLP, Python, Javascript, Apache Airflow, Data Science, MongoDB, and Backend technologies.
