Abhishek Goswami is a passionate Lead Content Developer at BYJU'S (Think & Learn Pvt. Ltd.) with over 8 years of relevant experience in the field. He is a lover of puzzles and is fascinated by science, which he believes helps us understand the world we live in and the laws that govern us. Abhishek is also a believer in the power of articulation, which he considers to be a sexy trait. He believes that when you use your creativity and coherent thought processes to express yourself with emotions and the right choice of words, you create magic. This is what attracts him to authors like George Orwell and others that he admires. Abhishek's interests lie at the intersection of exploring and teaching physics, and he believes that the journey is more important than the destination, and quality is more important than quantity. He is currently a Manager - Content Development at BYJU'S, where he is embarked on a journey to understand students' diverse cognitive skills and their learning curve. He finds it fascinating to interact and guide students preparing in an intense competitive environment, and the spark in their eyes when they grow curious, ask, or concur is satisfying. Classroom teaching has helped him understand the structural pedagogical approaches more realistically. Abhishek has worked in several companies in the past, including BYJU'S and Deeksha Learning, where he was a Senior Product Development Associate and Senior IIT Faculty (Physics), respectively. As a Subject Matter Expert in Physics, he has worked on several K-12 science projects, including making interactive videos, storyboarding with media teams, writing scripts, recording physics experiments, making adaptive question banks, personalized learn journeys, and knowledge maps. Abhishek holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Production Engineering from NIT Tiruchirappalli. He is proficient in several technologies, including Spark and Test. Abhishek seeks to contribute towards the improvement of the education system and is committed to guiding students towards their goals.
