Abhishek Jain is a highly skilled Business Analyst with over 9 years of relevant experience in the field of analytics. Currently working at HSBC Analytics, he holds the position of Business Analyst- Consulting. He has previously worked with KPMG as a Summer Trainee, where he was responsible for conducting market research about analytics maturity in India. He also integrated Business Intelligence tool with Statistical/Analytics tool, which allowed users to forecast with just a click of a button in the BI dashboard. Abhishek has also worked with Accenture as a Software Engineer, where he supported the CRM aspect of technology for a retail-based client in the US. He was responsible for managing various background processes/jobs, maintaining OLAP and OLTP database, and ensuring that middleware/web services in Java were up and running all the time. Abhishek has a strong educational background, having completed his PGDM in Marketing from the International Management Institute - IMI in 2015 and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Galgotias in 2011. He has a diverse tech stack, which includes Java, Research Scientist, SQL, Software Engineer, and Web. Abhishek's experience has given him a strong understanding of analytics, business intelligence, and CRM technologies. He has also been exposed to a variety of tools and frameworks such as R, Qlikview, SAS, Oracle 11g, SQL query/procedures, Pro C, Unix, Shell scripting, Informatica, Struts, Hibernate, and Servlets. He is a quick learner and can adapt to new technologies quickly. Abhishek is a self-motivated individual who is passionate about his work.
