Abhishek Jain is a highly skilled and experienced Site Reliability Engineer currently working at Microsoft. With over 5 years of relevant experience, he has a strong background in SRE, dotNET, Software Engineering, and Research Science. Abhishek is a proactive and resourceful individual with a passion for delivering high-quality work and exceeding expectations. Abhishek began his career at Adobe as a Computer Scientist SRE and later as an SDE II - Site Reliability Engineer. In these roles, he managed end-to-end infrastructure and deployments for a hybrid cloud customer-facing learning management system. He developed a multi-tenant system offering GraphQL as a service for production workloads and an in-house E2E test framework. Abhishek also designed a highly available CI/CD pipeline for production deployments and contributed a web component to the in-house UI elements library. He migrated existing production infrastructure to code using a range of tools and technologies such as Azure Cloud, AWS, Dockers, Grafana, Haproxy, Jenkins, New Relic, Nginx, NodeJS, Salt Stack, Splunk, Terraform, and Chef. Abhishek holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Engineering from NIT Kurukshetra and completed his high school education in Science Non-Medical from Meenakshi Public School. He has a diverse tech stack that includes SRE, AWS, infra, Terraform, New Relic, CI/CD, test, Javascript, Typescript, Jenkins, UI, Web, NodeJS, Python, and Java.
