Abhishek Kamate is a seasoned software engineer with over 6 years of experience in the industry. He has a strong background in C/C++ programming and is also a trained Business Analyst certified by IIBA. Abhishek has a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget. As a Business Analyst, Abhishek specializes in eliciting and translating business requirements into user stories, BRD, FRD, and SRS. He is skilled in conducting gap analysis, scope analysis, and impact analysis on business processes using techniques like use case diagrams, context diagrams, BPMN, and flow charts. He is also adept at conducting AS-IS and TO-BE analysis and suggesting fit-for-business solutions by designing a change strategy. Abhishek is a proficient communicator and is experienced in organizing and leading requirement gathering (elicitation) meetings using various techniques like interviews, questionnaires, interface analysis, document analysis, brainstorming sessions, and focus group discussions.
