He has a Master's degree in Computer Applications from GLS Institute of Computer Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Gujarat University. Abhishek has a strong background in QA, Salesforce, and UI design. Abhishek is a dedicated and hardworking individual who thrives in challenging environments. Currently, Abhishek works at Incapsulate as a Senior Business System Analyst. His responsibilities include driving functional and technical solutions on Salesforce engagements, working with both onsite and offshore team members to document user requirements, advising clients on solutions that solve business problems and their successful adoption, developing reusable templates and processes that ensure delivery excellence, facilitating user workshop sessions, engaging in conversations with technical and QA teams to ensure systems meet business needs, implementing and supporting Agile practices, and ensuring developed solutions meet business needs and client satisfaction. Prior to his current role, Abhishek worked at Ecosmob Technologies as Manager - Business Analysis, UI & UX, and at Openxcell as a Senior Business Analyst. At Openxcell, he led a team of analysts, was responsible for time estimates, interacted with clients for requirement gathering, designed and documented, delivered BA artifacts, created use cases and wireframes using different tools, led requirements analysis, validation and verification, collected and analyzed project's business requirements, identified and communicated risks and possible solutions, worked with the development team to get the bugs fixed, and analyzed change requests and coordinated changes required with the development team.
