Abhishek Singh is an accomplished Assistant Director of Product at Shiprocket, with over 10 years of relevant experience in various domains. He is an alumnus of IIM and has worked with several renowned companies like Conde Nast, HT, Times, and IndiaMart in the past. Abhishek is an expert in Subscriptions, Online E-commerce, Payments, On-site Engagement, Building User Journeys, and UX. At Shiprocket, Abhishek is responsible for building an easy and simplified onboarding journey for sellers on the platform, enabling the marketing team to target users across multiple platforms using web and app push, onsite and in-app campaigns, and managing user sign-up, wallet recharge conversion funnel, and seller KYC platform for creating orders and shipments. He has created various user personas pertaining to user onboarding and personalization for better targeting users across channels and ideated product walkthrough, tours, and guides to enable users to use the Shiprocket panel in a simplified manner. Abhishek has also integrated WhatsApp with WebEngage as a marketing automation CRM tool for targeting users. In his previous roles, Abhishek has led product management teams and launched subscription-based business models for digital products, introduced dynamic prices and offers personalized for users, and managed subscriptions revenue and conversions along with the checkout funnel across multiple brands. He has also launched geo-location-based multi-currency payments for charging users in their local currency and implemented print + digital bundle products along with its fulfillment with last-mile delivery of print magazine orders. Abhishek holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Raipur, a Masters in Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. He is proficient in product management, web, Android, iOS, and integration technologies.
