Roles and Responsibilities:
As part of the Android Telephony Test Automation Team (Till Dec 2020):

1. Act as primary POC for any issue related to test case failures which can range from several causes viz (test code, framework, setup issues, network issues, etc.)

2. Developed a framework for Live Sim testing on a device which not reliant on the in-house network and can use commercial networks. A similar example can be Google's ACTS framework for cellular testing.

3. Developed a framework for multi-device testing on a single setup for concurrent execution of test cases and synchronizing test execution so they conform together to achieve actual test steps.

4. Updating/Removing any black/grey listed API during Android upgrades from telephony apps that are used in testing.

5. Adding and updating new features into the framework for enhanced testing ex. (logging enhancement support, functions for configuring device during execution, adding support for including updated backend framework tools.)

6. Manual testing of KPI during upgrades, FR incorporated in builds,

7. Following up on any issues found on the device during testing with the Dev team.

As part of the Android Core Team (since 2021)

XR project focuses on developing products in the domain of extended reality embedded devices. The core test team focuses on testing packages that are included in the final build image for OSs' which are developed from the Yocto project.

1. Running ptests for each major AU release for core upstream packages.

2. Configuring and modifying build to include all the required dependencies and sources to include ptests for a package.

3. Debug and provide comprehensive result analysis of package's test runs.

4. Find an issue in the package's end-user functionality that may have been caused due to new releases.

5. Provide comprehensive test descriptions and use cases to the DEV team.

6. Communicate failure in any package to the DEV team and get fixes.

Developed a model which focuses on deciding the size of packaging specifically the dimension (l*b*h) needed to securely package any shipment from the product description. Tested several state-of-the-art models for text predictions.

Another model for rating feedback to positive and negative classes. This feedbacks range from comprehensive stories to one line and contains words from several languages written in English.
We focussed on the model which rates on valid English words and tries to separate misspelled words from multi-lingual words for better predictions.
