Abhishek T. is a MOM-MES and Industry 4.0 consultant with over 12 years of relevant experience in supply chain functional consulting, requirement gathering, development, integration, production support, MES implementation, and rollouts. He has vast experience in development & customization, configuration, and implementing Apriso FlexNet, Siemens MOM Products - UA, UADM, and Database. Abhishek is a MOM product architect, technical and functional consultant with specialties in requirement gathering, development, integration, production support, and MES implementation. Currently, Abhishek is working as a Solutions Integrity Analyst - Manufacturing Solutions at Cargill, where he is responsible for Solution Owners in the Manufacturing Solutions space. His role involves integrating the 4 layers of ISA 95 framework and shaping business process workflows in supply chain manufacturing execution under different business flows like Receiving, Quality, Production, Storing, and Shipping of products in Cargill - food Industry. Previously, Abhishek has worked with Solulever and Siemens as an Industry 4.0 Consultant/Product Analyst and Industry 4.0 Consultant/Product Architect APAC, respectively. At Solulever, he was responsible for new product design of Solulever IIOT over Edge Solutions and applications, defining business applications for manufacturing Use case & Technical architecture of the applications, and more. At Siemens, he was indulged in all activities and phases of end-to-end MES/MOM project preparation and implementations, including requirement gathering, preparing and presenting Story Boards, Solution Mapping, Techno-functional Proposals preparation, Demo preparation and presentations, Services/project Implementation, Prototyping, Design and integration of MES systems with ERP and OPC/PLC systems, POC’s, Development, Upgrades, Support and Enhancement - PR/CR handling, SIT/Regression Testing, CIP (Continuous Improvement Programs), Deployment, Training, and post Go-Live Sustain processes. Abhishek holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering from NRIITM, Gwalior RGTU Bhopal. He also has a degree in HSC from Ebenezer, Gwalior, and completed his schooling from St. Judes. His tech stack includes Integration, Senior Software Engineer, product designer, and test. Abhishek is keen on his objectives and works for the goodwill of the organization.
