Abhishek Tyagi is a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Professional with over 14 years of experience in the industry. He has a proven track record of planning and ensuring efficient and cost-effective quality sourcing. Abhishek has the ability to recruit in a volume/high-pressure environment where a lot of hiring is just in time. He is also creative in terms of hiring sources and devises strategies to generate candidate leads from both traditional and non-traditional sources. Abhishek has formulated and implemented organization-wide hiring strategies and processes. He is actively involved in defining and managing recruitment budgets and sharing current trends and best practices followed across the industry to reconcile the budget as per market standards. Abhishek has built Aadhaar, built GeM, and is building the world's largest information extraction, validation, and data enrichment platform (iDX). Currently, Abhishek is the Global Recruitment Head at newgen, where he is responsible for planning and ensuring efficient and cost-effective quality sourcing. He also confers with senior leadership to identify staffing needs and search assignments. Abhishek has previously worked at intellect design arena as COE Head (Leadership, Niche, and Onsite Hiring), where he managed recruitment for global, leadership, and niche roles with a team of eight resources. He was responsible for both on-campus and off-campus hiring for freshers and managed the overall vendor management. Abhishek also worked at HCL as Talent Acquisition Manager (India, APAC & MEA), where he managed the overall recruitment life cycle for the project having the combined size of 3000+ persons. Abhishek holds a PGDBA (HR) degree from Symbiosis and a B.Tech (I.T) degree from UPTU. He has also completed his 12th from Asha Modern School-India and his 10th from Kendriya Vidyalaya.
