Abhishek Verma is a highly skilled Technical Consultant with over 13 years of experience in cloud and virtualization solutions. He is currently working at Getronics as part of the Solution Design & Delivery Team, where he provides solutions for new projects related to deployment and migration on Azure and VMWare vSphere environments. Abhishek has extensive experience in preparing low level and high level solution design documents for any VMWare / Azure product as per the VMWare Validated Design. He is also proficient in setting up new vSphere environments on Cisco UCS & Dell Ready Racks, designing and setting up new vRealize Suite products, and deploying new Azure environments from scratch. Abhishek's expertise also extends to migration of servers from VMWare to Azure & Azure to VMWare using Zerto, Azure Migrate and ASR, and DR setup for vSphere to vSphere, VCD to vSphere, VCD to VCD, vSphere to Azure using ASR and Zerto. He is also skilled in working on any new pre-sales opportunity and providing solutions as per the client requirement. Abhishek's past experience includes working at Navisite as a Lead System Engineer and Senior System Engineer, where he managed a team of 15 Engineers and Sr. Engineers and an environment of more than 10,000 servers in 3 different data centers located in the US and UK. He was responsible for managing a private cloud environment built on VMware vSphere & VCD and public cloud Azure, managing upgrade and lifecycle management of all supported products, capacity planning of VMware infrastructure, and providing DR/Migration solutions using Zerto, vCloud Availability, and ASR. Abhishek also managed password manager tools like ERPM(Lieberman), deployed and managed different applications for security and compliance like Splunk, Alertlogic, ERPM, Trend Deep Security Manager, and provided complete lifecycle support to VMs on Private Cloud NCD (Based on vCloud Director) and Azure Public Cloud. Abhishek holds a BCA degree in Computer Application from Sikkim Manipal University. His tech stack includes Azure, infra, and Senior Software Engineer.
