Abhy N. is an accomplished executive with over 22 years of experience in the IT industry implementing software solutions. He is currently the VP of Engineering at Quovantis Technologies (an Emids Company) where he manages a high-performance financially healthy delivery business unit with a focus on client relationship, delivery excellence, engineering excellence, and hiring the right talent. Abhy has launched and established an Architecture Center of Excellence and has expertise in leading geographically distributed teams in the US and India. He has experience in migrating monolithic applications to Microservices Architecture and building software solutions in HealthTech, EduTech, and Insurance domains. Abhy has exposure to client interactions onsite in the USA and Australia and has extensive database design exposure on MongoDB, MS SQL Server, and Postgres. He has also played the role of single point of contact for client's offshore development and mentored peers and team members in their career growth. Abhy is an expert in architecting microservices-based solutions, nodejs, react, expressjs, mongodb-based web applications, and multi-tier applications on SOA principles using the Microsoft .NET platform. Abhy has a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Sikkim Manipal University and a GNIIT degree in Software from NIIT University. He has also completed his SSCE and SSE in Science from DTEA. Abhy has worked as a Senior Architect at 3Pillar Global and has architected the transition of monolithic Healthcare systems to microservices-based architecture in MERN stack. He has also architected healthcare products at client sites with globally distributed teams working from the US, Romania, and India.
