Abinaya Rajesh is a highly motivated and accomplished Software Engineer with a focus on Machine Learning. She has taken numerous graduate-level courses in Machine Learning, including Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Computer Vision. Abinaya is always looking for opportunities to work on cutting-edge research in the field of Machine Learning. Currently, she is working as a Software Engineer at Google, where she is involved in Content and Search. Abinaya is passionate about women in tech and is actively involved in various communities. She is a member of Linking Passion Innovation Technology, a community that promotes innovation and technology. She is also a member of Ladies Storm Hackathons India, which supports Indian women in tech. Abinaya is committed to creating a more inclusive and diverse tech industry. Abinaya has gained valuable experience working at Facebook as a Software Engineering Intern on the FRL Brain Computer Interface team. Her work involved building a sensor data replay framework for machine learning pipeline experimentation and helping design a framework for data validation and testing multiple machine learning models on existing data. She also worked on artifact removal from optical data, which improved the online brain decoding pipeline. Abinaya has also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University, where she led the largest recitation of around 30 students and conducted weekly office hours to help answer questions and clarify concepts. She created recitation and review session problems/worksheets along with other TAs and evaluated and graded assignments and exams throughout the semester. Abinaya holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a minor in Machine Learning from Carnegie Mellon University. She also completed her high school education from Maharishi Vidya Mandir Sr Sec School, Chetpet, and Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan, where she studied Science and Mathematics.
