Abinaya Ramesh is a Manager of Solutions at Whatfix, with over 7 years of experience working in fast-paced hyper-growth startup environments. She is a Customer Success Enthusiast at heart, empowering innovative solutions through customer-focused strategy. Abi has a natural curiosity for solving complex problems and building relationships, and her passion for technology continued to develop after obtaining a computer science engineering degree in 2015. Abi's first job as a software engineer taught her much that she could never learn in a classroom. She got to work with a wide range of technologies and had the opportunity to interact with customers, helping them with integrations and customized solutions to make the best use of their product. She soon realized she enjoyed the combination of technology and interacting with customers. When Freshworks started expanding their suite of products, they were looking for a product specialist with Freshdesk, and Abi was thrilled to have the opportunity to join the team in 2017. As a fast-growing company in SaaS, the customer base was growing rapidly, and the increasingly diverse customer base comes with different requirements, use cases, and expectations for the product. Over the next few years, her roles have been to tackle complex business problems engaging with key accounts from SMBs to large organizations. She is skilled in Software Implementation, Solutioning, Project Management, Customer Onboarding, and Relationship Management. Currently, Abi is leading the Solutions Engineering Team (Americas) at Whatfix. Her current role is a hybrid of the roles Solutions Architect, Product Influencer, and Developer Advocate. She enjoys working with her team as they constantly face new challenges and embark on new adventures together. Abi is continually looking to learn, very curious, adaptive to work with diverse teams, and gives her best shots under pressure. In addition to her professional life, Abi is an enthusiastic traveler, foodie, and pet lover. Her education history includes a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology, and Research Academy. Her tech stack includes Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer.
