In the past, Abrar has worked as a Manager - People Team at Chalo, where he managed end-to-end recruitment for Android, Web Developer, and Product positions, non-tech recruitment for finance-based roles, and campus recruitment for tech campuses. He has also worked as a Senior Analyst HR & Recruitment at I-PAC, where he managed end-to-end recruitment for digital communications, media, strategic research, and campaign field verticals.
