As a Product Manager Intern at Redesign Health, Achal is responsible for driving product development and growth, leveraging his expertise in product management to create innovative solutions that meet the needs of the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Redesign Health, Achal served as Vice President of Recruiting at Insite, where he was responsible for leading the company's recruiting efforts and building a world-class team. Before that, he worked at Amazon, where he gained valuable experience in product management, operations, and customer engagement. Achal holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, and is expected to complete his MBA from the Yale School of Management in 2023.
