Achyuth Panduranga is a passionate engineering professional with over 26 years of diverse global management experience in engineering and product development. He specializes in project and program management, systems software development, budget planning and management, team development, and client interaction. He is also competent in streamlining and automating processes, vendor management, establishing development and quality assurance frameworks, and implementing best practices. Achyuth has managed global engineering programs, from conceptualization to delivery and sustaining the product. He has worked with stakeholders on product strategy, feature development, program management, partnering, and customer delivery. He is also keenly interested in organizational development, employee engagement, and excellence, extending it out to establish university connects and program managing the same for the organization, working with various business units. Currently, Achyuth is a Business Lead and Chief of Staff at Hewlett Packard, working closely with the leader of the organization in improving operational efficiencies, running strategic initiatives for the Geo, organization design, and budget management. He is also leading the University Relations program for the organization. In his previous roles at Hewlett Packard, Achyuth was the University Relations Leader, where he championed the organization at select universities, engaging in skill development of students, faculty, and the university, and Senior Engineering Program Manager, where he managed the NPI program and university relations. Achyuth holds an Engineer’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Malnad College of Engineering and is currently pursuing a professional education program from MIT. He is also interested in reading, Indian mythology, teaching, and trying his hand at mindfulness and stand-up comedy.
