Adam is a highly experienced network automation engineer with over 18 years of relevant experience. He specializes in building and automating complex IP networks at scale, with a focus on ultra low latency network designs and FPGA use cases. Currently, Adam is working in a multi-vendor quant/HFT ultra low/low latency finance and trading environment, where he is responsible for network automation and tooling. Adam has a strong technical background and is proficient in a wide range of tools and technologies. He has experience building custom network automation and tooling systems, as well as network provisioning, automation, and orchestration systems. He is skilled in Python, go(golang)/gRPC, REST, Ansible, Netbox, Netmiko, Napalm, JSON, Yaml, Yang, RestConf, OpenConfig, and database technologies such as SQL, postgreSQL, and noSQL. In addition to his technical expertise, Adam has experience in network architecture and design, network security, service provider IP networks, software-defined networking, and network functions virtualization. He has worked with public cloud platforms such as AWS and hybrid architecture, as well as infrastructure as a service cloud computing platforms like OpenStack. Adam has held leadership positions in the past, including as a Lead Platform Engineer at a financial firm, where he led technical transformation and Python-based network and security automation projects. He has also worked at Google, where he built and scaled the production network supporting cloud, YouTube, and search. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Networking from a confidential university. He is CCNA R/S, CCNA Datacenter, CCNP R/S, CCNP Datacenter, and AWS Certified Developer Associate certified.
