Adam Camacho is an experienced entrepreneur and web developer with a passion for creating innovative solutions using a range of technologies and tools. He is proficient in Balsamiq, GitHub, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON/API's, Bootstrap, Materialize, MySQL, Sequelize, Handlebars.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, Mongoose, React, and Firebase. Adam is the founder of the Free Code Camp Austin meetup group, which has grown to close to 1000 members. The group provides a platform for individuals looking to transition into a career in web development to network, socialize, and receive coding support. Currently, Adam works as an Instructional Interviewer for Trilogy Education, where he interviews candidates for TA and Instructor roles at coding bootcamps run by the company worldwide. He uses Salesforce and Greenhouse to manage program candidate files and works remotely using Zoom, Slack, and Google Drive for team coordination. Adam has also worked as a Teaching Assistant/Web Developer at The Coding Bootcamp at UT Austin, UC Berkeley, and the Tecnologico De Monterrey, among others. His role was occasionally remote through the use of Slack, Zoom, Google Hangouts, and GitHub. As a Managing Partner at Texas Property Buyers LLC, Adam bought and sold real estate, managed rental properties, and created SOP for property managers. Adam holds a Full Stack Web Development Certification from The University of Texas and Free Code Camp. He also pursued a degree in Law from Creighton University School of Law and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), cum laude, in Political Science and Government from the University of Texas at Brownsville.
