Adam Chopko is a Vice President of Business Development at Teladoc Health, a global leader in whole person virtual care. He believes that technology, thoughtfully applied, will drastically improve health, and he is particularly interested in virtual care, chronic condition prevention and management, the future of pharmacy, medication adherence and optimization, patient communication and care coordination, and pharmacogenetics. Adam has over 11 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Teladoc Health, he worked at Livongo, which merged with Teladoc in October 2020. At Livongo, he was a Senior Director of Business Development and Strategy, where he led corporate development and partnerships in areas like diabetes, behavioral health, kidney disease, hypertension, telemedicine, pharma, data, devices, and diagnostics. During his tenure, Livongo scaled from less than 50 employees to over 900 employees and went public in July 2019 (Nasdaq: LVGO). Adam's past experience also includes working as a Senior Director of Corporate Development at Teladoc Health, where he led deal sourcing, diligence, and execution, and led all parts of three M&A transactions on the 3-person CorpDev team. Adam holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemistry (concentration in Pharmacology) and Economics from Duke University. Adam's tech stack includes product management and integration.
