Adam Loghry is a highly experienced Staff Site Reliability Engineer at Google, currently serving as a Tech Lead/Manager in GCE SRE. He has been with Google since June 2014, spending five years as an Ads SRE where he worked on systems that keep AdWords and other Google Ads products running smoothly. In November 2019, he moved to Cloud Compute SRE (GCE SRE) to start a new team as a TLM. Before joining Google, Adam worked at Amazon for approximately seven years, where he held various positions across several teams, including EC2 Network Security, AWS Identity & Access, Kernel and Operating Systems, Networking, and others. He was part of the launch team for Amazon Linux, AWS CloudFront, IAM Roles for EC2 Users, and the AWS Key Management Service, among many other projects. Adam's technical expertise is vast, and he has worked on projects focusing on many different technical disciplines. His experience includes software engineering, systems engineering, network engineering, and infrastructure. He is proficient in SRE, AWS, infra, software engineering, senior software engineering, web, and integration. Adam's past experience includes working as a Senior Network Engineer at CBS MaxPreps, where he was responsible for building out and maintaining the startup's infrastructure and scaling it as the company grew. After the acquisition by CBS in Q2 2007, he led the migration/integration work into the CBS IG network and briefly served as a Senior Network Engineer for CSTV. Throughout his career, Adam has been involved in mentoring and interviewing programs, including Amazon's Bar Raiser program, where he performed over 650 interviews. With 19.79 years of relevant experience, Adam is a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional, making significant contributions to the tech industry.
