He is currently working at justworks as a Senior Software Engineer, where he is responsible for designing and implementing complex software solutions. Adam has a strong background in both backend and frontend development, with expertise in Ruby, Postgres, and Javascript. Prior to his current role, Adam worked at core infrastructure, a venture-backed fitness startup, where he was the Lead Architect of payments infrastructure using Elixir/Phoenix/Postgres on the backend and a Svelte/Sapper mono-frontend. He was also responsible for building a platform to empower individual instructors to build their brands. Before that, Adam worked at teachable as a Senior Software Engineer, where he successfully led multiple payment processor integrations and updates on tight deadlines. He also led the design and implementation of an enterprise sales tax API into the existing checkout flow.
