Adam Stradomski is a highly skilled Software Engineer with over 12 years of experience in designing and building globally distributed solutions across multiple technologies and platforms. As a Lead IT Expert at Roche, Adam is responsible for a solution to automate the creation and deployment of APIs. He leads the product team to follow agile methodologies (scrum) and implement DevOps, test automation, and a shift-left approach using CI/CD technologies (GitLab, Bash, Python). Adam has also worked as an Integration Team Lead and Architect, where he was responsible for the Global Integration team (60+ people) on the Global Customer Engagement Initiative program. He was driving Integration Architecture for the global CRM solution, defining Integration strategy to meet business needs, and deciding on appropriate technologies to archive it. He managed several ETL and API project teams, implementing Event-Driven and API Led architectures. Before joining Roche, Adam worked as a Software Engineer at Wola Info S.A, where he built web applications and data migration tools for companies in the Telecommunication and Banking industries using Java, J2EE, and WebServices. He also worked as an Integration Consultant, responsible for the integration of the CRM system in the biggest Telecommunication provider in Poland. Adam's past experience also includes working as a Software Intern at Pekao Bank Hipoteczny, where he created a web application for building dictionaries for managing data transfers and worked as an Automation Specialist for office purposes using Visual Basic for Applications (MS Excel, MS Access). Adam has a Master's degree in Software Engineering and an Engineer's degree from Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki Stosowanej i Zarządzania WIT w Warszawie. His technical skills include Integration, Software Engineering, Senior Software Engineering, CI/CD, SDET, test, Java, DevOps, ETL, Web, and Python.
