Adarsh Hasija is a consultant with over 9 years of experience in digital transformation of existing systems and processes. He is currently working as a Senior Consultant at Infosys, where he helps clients modernize their applications and business processes. Adarsh is a National Awardee and a proud recipient of the NCPEDP Universal Design Award 2020, for his work on developing multiple technical solutions for persons with disability. He strongly believes that all applications should be designed for accessibility so that persons with disability can use it. Adarsh continues to work in this space on a pro-bono basis. Adarsh is a Safe certified Product Owner/Product Manager with experience in agile projects as a business analyst/product owner. He has performed the tasks of requirement gathering and analysis, user story documentation, sprint planning and backlog refinement. Adarsh has driven requirement gathering calls and product review workshops. He has conceptualized workflows and designs to address client requirements. Adarsh has strong communication skills which has enabled him to lead calls with clients based in different time-zones. This combined with his past experiences as a developer has enabled him to understand the concerns of the technical team and have their doubts and concerns clarified on the calls with the clients. He writes user stories, maintains the product backlog and plans the goals of each sprint. He collaborates with multiple stakeholders including developers, designers and testers to ensure transparency and that all requirements are developed and delivered on time. Adarsh has contributed to and lead several internal publications detailing technology trends of note going forward. He has worked with companies such as TeamStreamz and First American, where he has developed and managed mobile applications for android and iOS. Adarsh has also worked on new experimental initiatives within the company, such as in-app voice-based product and internal chatbot for employees for query handling. Adarsh has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore. He has knowledge and experience in product management, mobile development, iOS, Android, NLP, research scientist, and software engineering.
