Adarsh Mishra is a highly skilled Quantitative Modeler with extensive experience in the financial industry. He is currently working as an Associate at JP Morgan Chase & Co., where he applies his expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and ongoing model monitoring to develop robust financial models. Before joining JP Morgan, Adarsh worked as a Lead Data Scientist at Societe Generale, where he was responsible for developing and monitoring financial models under the Data Science Centre of Excellence (COE) function. He also closely collaborated with the Model Risk Management (MRM) team to ensure the models were compliant with ECB and US SR 11/7 guidelines, including sensitivity analysis and stress testing. Adarsh played a key role in developing performance metrics for model monitoring and automated reporting to onshore model owners across multiple regions in AMER, ASIA, and EUROPE. Adarsh has a strong academic background, holding an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Xavier Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Birla Institute of Science and Technology, Pilani. He also completed his high school education in Mathematics and Computer Science from DAV Public School, Bhubaneswar. Adarsh has over 7.87 years of relevant experience, making him a valuable asset to any organization.
