Adarsh Shrivastava is a Senior Member of Technical Staff at D. E. Shaw India Private Limited and a winner of SIH 2020. He is a highly motivated machine learning and artificial intelligence enthusiast with a passion for full-stack web development. Adarsh is always eager to learn something new every day. Currently, Adarsh is working at Arcesium as a Member of Technical Staff. He has developed a framework to run integration tests in parallel over multiple threads and multiple machines, reducing the test run time by 70-80%. Adarsh has also developed a central dashboard that facilitates complete automation of previously manual tasks and brings all reports and analytics under a single roof. Furthermore, he has created a web app to facilitate easy access and generation of usage logs, incorporating different filter strategies by leveraging in-house logging infrastructure and services. Additionally, Adarsh has designed an innovative strategy to effectively test previously untested canvas elements and animating objects, creating a variety of reusable and performant Streamlit components using ReactJs and Python (soon to be open-sourced). Adarsh has previously worked as a Member of Technical Staff Intern and Summer Intern at Arcesium, where he extensively used Python for development and automation. He also developed a software (both frontend and backend) to automate the hiring process based on the results of online tests, successfully integrating machine learning to make the software highly adaptable to hiring strategy changes. The work also involved rigorous data analysis and visualization. Adarsh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Raipur. He has hands-on experience in software engineering, testing, web development, integration, Python, ML, infra, ReactJS, Javascript, Redux, frontend, and backend. With 2.19 years of relevant experience, Adarsh is a highly skilled and motivated individual who is always looking to learn and grow in his field.
