Adeline Bodemer is a seasoned HR professional with over 9 years of experience in retail management. She has held various business unit management positions, including Head of Bakery and Pastry Business and Store Manager, where she was responsible for managing a 10,000m2 store with an annual turnover of €73M and 270 employees. Adeline has a Master's degree in Management from EDHEC Business School and a Master's degree in Marketing from Lund University. She also completed a Classe préparatoire at Lycée Notre Dame du Grandchamp and a Baccalauréat in scientific studies from Lycée Pierre Corneille. Currently, Adeline is the Head of People at Gorgias, a tech start-up, where she is responsible for creating an exceptional environment for exceptional talent to grow. She is passionate about her role and enjoys working in the fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment. In her previous role at Carrefour, Adeline was responsible for the PNL of the bakery category for all different types of stores, including hyper, super, local stores, and online. She also managed GPO, negotiations, commercial animation, new recipes, concepts, and new business opportunities. Adeline's expertise in HR, coupled with her experience in retail management, gives her a unique perspective on talent management and development.
