Adem Çakır is a skilled Software Design Senior Engineer with over 5 years of relevant experience in the telecommunications industry. He is responsible for embedded software design and implementation and has technical knowledge about the documents such as 3GPP, RFCs. Adem's expertise lies in L3 Radio Access Control Network Plane Protocols such as RRC, S1AP, and X2AP. He also has experience in Radio Resource Management, including CSFB (Circuit Switched Fallback) and SRVCC (Single Radio Voice Call Continity). Adem is well-versed in UE specific Radio Resource Control Procedures such as Attach/Detach, Handover (S1, X2, Intra&Inter).
