Adhesh Reghu is a Trainee Engineer at Publicis Sapient, with a passion for exploring various facets of computer science. He is a recent graduate of the Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing, where he earned a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science with Honors. Adhesh is particularly interested in Data Structures and Algorithms, and has experience working with Neural Networks, Reinforcement Learning, and Deep Learning. Prior to joining Publicis Sapient, Adhesh worked as a Research Intern at Ericsson, where he focused on Spiking Neural Networks and Neuromorphic Computing. He conducted experiments across various deep learning domains, including Time-Series Prediction, Telecom Churn Prediction, Meta-Learning, Graph Neural Networks, and One-Shot Learning. Adhesh also worked with several neuromorphic frameworks and algorithms, including Hyper-Dimensional Computing, ESNN, and Reservoir Computing. He had the opportunity to work with Intel's Neuromorphic Loihi hardware through their INRC platform, and co-authored a paper titled "Exploring Spiking Neural Networks in Single and Multi-agent RL Methods" which was accepted at IEEE ICRC 2021 and is published in IEEE Xplore. Adhesh's technical expertise and research experience make him a valuable asset to any team.
