Previously, Adhiraj worked at Principal Financial Group as a Senior Software Engineer, where he designed and implemented a new microservice (REST) for connecting marketer hierarchy to the payment system. He also redesigned a legacy statement generation application to reduce runtime by 75% and integrated two key functionalities of pay and statement delivery preference to disbursement preference. Adhiraj reduced marketer onboarding downtime by 80% and independently led a team of 4 developers, 1 BA, and 1 QA as a scrum master and lead developer. Adhiraj started his career as an Executive Trainee at mjunction services ltd, where he worked on the Mjunction proprietary auction engine for the auction of secondary steel produced at SAIL plants. He completed his Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur in 2013.
