Adiba Ahmed is an accomplished L&OD Partner at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, with over three years of progressive experience in L&D, Employee Engagement, D&I, and Campus Hiring. She completed her Masters in Organisation Development, Change, and Leadership (MA in ODCL) from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, in 2021. Adiba is a LedBy 2021 Fellow, VIF Public Policy 2018, and Jagriti Yatra 2017 alumni. She was also the Coordinator of the Placement Committee (MA-ODCL, TISS) and Gender Advocate (Women & Gender Development Cell) for the School of Management & Labour Studies (SMLS), TISS Mumbai. Prior to her Masters, Adiba has taken up stints in Sales, Product Development, Service Operations, Social Media Marketing, and Business Communication to enhance her understanding of business. She has taken XLRI's eMDP certification program and ISO 9001:2015 HR Generalist certification to build a practice-focused academic understanding of Human Resource Development. Adiba is an honest, passionate, and hardworking individual who loves to keep things organized and is a firm believer in people. As an ENFJ personality, she believes in communicating and working for a larger purpose while keeping her enthusiasm and curiosity high. Adiba is currently a Member of leap.club and has previously worked as a Learning & Organizational Development Partner and Summer Intern (Pre Placement Offer) at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories.
