Adil Afwan is a skilled Commissioning Engineer with a strong background in Building Management Systems. He is currently working with sibca in the role of Commissioning Engineer, where he is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of building systems and equipment. With over 5 years of relevant experience, Adil has worked with some of the leading organizations in the industry. In his previous role as Business Development Associate with Byju's, Adil played a key role in the B2C sales division. He worked in a high-pressure environment and successfully met weekly targets. His job responsibilities included calling and fixing appointments, meeting customers, and closing spot sales. Adil's experience also includes a certified internship program on Integrated Automation with L&T, where he gained expertise in various parts of industrial automation like AC and DC drives, PLC hardware and software, SCADA, instrumentation, and networking. He was responsible for designing, testing, and commissioning PLC/RTU-based control systems, PLC/SCADA configuration and programming, developing HMI pages, VFD panels testing, project documentation, site supervision, and calibration of field instruments. Adil holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from TKM College of Engineering, Kollam. He also has a Higher Secondary degree from Sharjah Indian School. Adil's technical skills include test and infra, and he is always eager to learn new technologies and stay updated with the latest industry trends.
