Adil Hanif is a skilled Software Engineer with more than 4 years of experience in the industry. He has been involved in the development of multiple projects, ranging from building websites using .NET technology stack to developing Artificial Intelligence models using deep learning techniques. Their team was awarded the first prize in the Research & Development category at P@SHA ICT Awards 2019 for the AI-Enabled Automated Traffic Sign Identification. Adil's responsibilities at iEngineering include data preprocessing, training deep learning models using TensorFlow on AWS GPU VM, creating Web APIs using ASP.NET and AWS Serverless Architecture, validating models for high accuracy and faster speed, hyper-parameters tuning to get the best result from the limited dataset, deploying the model on AWS SageMaker, writing python script to automate manual tasks, and managing a team of 15 interns. Prior to iEngineering, Adil worked as a Software Engineer at BroadPeak Technologies, where he was part of a team of 30 developers and QA people. He was involved in the development and maintenance of the Edible Arrangements website, an eCommerce website that has many modules. Adil's responsibilities included analysis of requirements made by the client, making "scope of work" documents for the client for clear understanding between client and team, making an effort estimation sheet, development on the decided final solution, updating the status of tasks on Team Foundation Server, and attending daily stand-up meetings. Adil has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from the National University of Science and Technology.
