Adit Bhosale is an accomplished SAP BASIS & HANA Consultant with a wealth of experience in the IT industry. He is a Computer Engineering graduate and an SAP-Certified Consultant with over 7 years of experience in installations, upgrades, and operational support of various SAP systems with HANA & Sybase databases. Adit's technical expertise lies in SAP Basis & HANA, and he has a concrete knowledge of cutting-edge technologies like S4 HANA & HANA. Adit has a sound hands-on work experience in monitoring, backup recovery, backup optimization, performance optimization [memory, CPU], system replication, upgrades, and more. He has worked as a team player responsible for operational support, S4 Conversion, Hana nZDM upgrades POCs, implementations, and SPS upgrades, System refresh activities. Adit's key achievements include fixing multiple performance issues related to SAP Hana, reducing Hana database size from 1.8 TB to 800 GB, reducing System refresh activity timings from 7 days to 4 days, and training more than 100 Consultants on S4 Hana & Hana as a part of CoE capabilities enhancement program. Currently, Adit works with Accenture as an Application Development Team Lead in SAP Basis & Hana. Adit's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science and Engineering from Smt Kashibai Navale COE, Pune. He also has a High School Certificate (HSC) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from SSMM College and a Secondary School Certificate (SSC) from P K Shinde Highschool.
