Adit Gupta is a seasoned product designer and entrepreneur with over 12 years of relevant experience. Currently, he serves as the Director of Product Design at ServiceNow, where he leads the Customer and Industry Workflows design team at the India Development Center (IDC). Adit's focus areas include customer experience, banking, financial services, and insurance, workforce optimization, and healthcare and life sciences. Adit has a Master's degree in Philosophy from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, where he completed his studies in 2020. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, where he graduated in 2007. Adit completed his high school education at Sri Sathya Sai Vidhya Vihar in 2003. In his previous roles, Adit has held various design management positions at ServiceNow. He was the Senior Design Manager for Customer and Industry Workflows and the Design Manager for Vaccine Administration Management, where he designed and led the team for Citizen experience. Through his successful design and implementation of VAM across the globe, the ServiceNow platform has enabled more than 20 million vaccinations and counting. Adit is also the founder of UX Assist, an entrepreneurship venture that he started in 2020. UX Assist is a platform that provides user experience design services to small and medium-sized businesses. Adit's tech stack includes product design, design management, and product management. He is a finalist in the optimizing category for IXDA Interaction Awards 2022 and won second place for the People Choice Awards. Adit is a creative and innovative thinker who is passionate about designing products that enhance user experience and drive business growth.
