With 3.86 years of relevant experience, he is currently working as a Student Fellow at Pollinate Group, a social business that aims to uplift people living below the poverty line. In his role, Adithya has been instrumental in assessing the level of poverty in various communities, identifying contributing factors to perceived/actual changes, and understanding why poverty levels differ in each community. Adithya has a strong academic background, having completed his AISSCE in Science from AECS Magnolia Maaruti Public School, India, in 2016. Prior to that, he completed his CISCE in Science from St. Joseph's Boys High School, India, in 2008.
