Adithya Hosapate is a passionate software engineer at Apple, currently based in the United States. He graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Hyderabad in 2020 with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Computer Science. Adithya is highly skilled in building scalable solutions for challenging problems and is also interested in deep learning and artificial intelligence. He has over three years of relevant experience and has worked with various technologies, including MySQL, NoSQL, Elastic Search, and Microservices, among others. Prior to joining Apple, Adithya worked as an Analyst at AQR and as a Software Development Intern at SMS Datatech, where he gained experience building a product entirely from scratch. At SMS Datatech, he worked on the back-end of an Amazon seller analytics website called PigAnalytics. Adithya implemented the Trend microservice, which extracts product trends in real-time from streamed Twitter data using NLP. He also served requests for public opinion of products on Twitter, using sentiment analysis. Furthermore, he helped design the database layer, which could handle millions of Tweets and thousands of products/keyword trends per day. In addition to his educational and professional background, Adithya is highly skilled in Software Engineering, Deep Learning, Sentiment Analysis, NLP, MySQL, NoSQL, Elastic Search, and Backend. He is a highly motivated individual who is passionate about solving challenging problems and building scalable solutions.
