Adithya N R is a 23-year-old Front-end Engineer and UX Designer from Bengaluru, India. With over 3 years of experience in the field of design, Adithya has transitioned from being a graphic designer to a full-time UX Designer and UI Engineer. He has a never-ending goal of maintaining a high standard for usability and user experience. Adithya has consistently worked with various startups and clients worldwide and helped them create unique and engaging digital products. Currently, Adithya is working with the Platform team at yellow.ai as a Software Engineer (SDE-2). In his role, he is responsible for developing and maintaining the platform that powers the chatbots and voice assistants built on yellow.ai. In the past, Adithya has worked as a UX Engineer at Softway and as a Software Engineer at Betsol. At Softway, he designed and built an NPS survey tool for Culture+ that helped clients evaluate their employees and leadership teams’ behavior, mindset, and attitude changes throughout their journey with Culture+. At Betsol, he developed a dashboard to visualize critical metrics and real-time issues for SlingTV that prevented Dev & QA teams at Dish from crawling through Terabytes of metadata looking for insights, thus enabling them to be more productive. Adithya holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from RNS Institute of Technology. He has also completed a Professional Education program in React Nanodegree from Udacity and a course in User Experience Design from The Interaction Design Foundation. Adithya's tech stack includes Software Engineering, Frontend Development, UI Design, AI, QA, JavaScript, ReactJS, and DevOps. With relevant experience of 3.11 years, Adithya is a skilled Front-end Engineer and UX Designer who is passionate about creating unique and engaging digital products that provide a great user experience.
