Adithya Narayanan is a Valuations Consultant at PwC India with over 7 years of relevant experience in the industry. He holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from IIM Trichy and has cleared CFA Level 2 and FRM Level 1. Adithya has extensive experience in building and reviewing financial models using various approaches such as Discounted Cash flow (DCF), Market Multiple, Market Price, and Guideline transaction. He has also prepared valuation analysis for Purchase Price Allocation (PPA), intangible assets (IND AS 38), and acquisition goodwill, impairment testing, and fair valuation of companies in the IT/ITES, Manufacturing, Retail, and Hotel Industry. Adithya has in-depth knowledge of intangible asset valuation methods like With or Without method (WOW), Multi-Period Excess Earnings (MEEM), and Relief from Royalty. He is skilled in developing appropriate cost of capital given economic cycles, industry trends, and historical financial performance with Capital Asset Pricing model (CAPM) and Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC). Adithya has also performed audit assessments related to Impairment testing (IND AS 36), Leases (IND AS 116), and fair valuation (IND AS 109). He is experienced in using Bloomberg terminal, S&P Capital IQ, VCC Edge, Merger Market, and Damodaran research for Valuation and Analysis. Apart from his current role, Adithya has worked as a Management Intern at Integra Software Services Private Ltd and as a Software Engineer at Accenture. At Integra, he analyzed the various publishing services provided by the company for its clients and recommended training and interactive sessions for Project Management Excellence. At Accenture, he led the Mainframe testing team of an American Health Insurance Client and worked in Predictive Analytics Environment, increasing the revenue of the American Health Insurance client. Adithya holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Production Engineering from NIT Calicut. He is proficient in various technologies and has experience as a Research Scientist and Software Engineer.
