Adithya is a coach for leadership and culture, product leader, and consultant with a passion for listening, synthesizing, distilling, visualizing, observing, and bridging perspectives. He draws inspiration from great products and dynamic people and brings his life experiences to his work, including cultural awareness from travel, compassion from spirituality, presence from meditation, and playful improvisation from dance. Currently, Adithya is the GM and Head Monk at Monastic Academy, where he is addressing existential risk by transforming the human mind. He is creating a training center dedicated to creating wise, powerful, and loving leaders who are a force for social and environmental peace on Earth. Adithya has served in apprenticeship, residency, care, and building and grounds capacities at Monastic Academy. Adithya's past experience includes serving as the Head of Product at Sifteo, where he led product experience, usability, strategy, engineering planning, and quality efforts. He launched Sifteo Cubes (2nd gen) tactile interactive play experience for kids, which was listed in Fast Company's Top 10 Innovative Consumer Electronics Company in 2012. Sifteo was later acquired by 3D Robotics in 2014. Adithya has also worked as an Exec & Product Advisor, coaching product, exec, culture, and leadership process in startups and providing product consulting on strategy, roadmap, prioritization, usability, user experience, and quality. Adithya holds an MBA and MPA from Harvard Business School and Harvard University, respectively, and a BSE in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University. He has 17.87 years of relevant experience and is proficient in a wide range of tech stacks, including iOS, Java, Javascript, AI, product manager, PHP, Senior Software Engineer, ML, Mobile, test, Objective-c, Android, Search, Integration, and Web.
