Aditi Aggarwal is a SAFe5.0® Scrum Master at LTI, with over 6 years of relevant experience. She is an IIM alumni and has previously worked with Wipro and Accenture. Aditi is passionate about bringing people together, facilitating talent, and supporting teams. She has a strong background in software development and has encountered ineffectiveness in waterfall models, which led her to explore agile software development, particularly Scrum. Aditi believes that when the right attitude is found within a team, the method is something that follows next, and it needs to be a good fit with the team and the organization's culture. She has also found Kanban to be effective in providing amazing results. Currently, Aditi is working as a Scrum Master for the biggest payment gateway in Denmark, where she is handling a multi-cultural, cross-functional, geographically diversified team. Her key responsibilities include collaborating with the Product Owner to get clear business objectives and drive transformational activities, managing the team and the scrum ceremonies, and customizing scrum practices to fit the team better. Aditi has also worked as a Scrum Master for Wipro, where she led the project towards the Agile journey and conducted training and knowledge sharing sessions about agile best practices in the team. She has also worked as a Senior Executive at Wipro, where she led the team's transformation into becoming a strong scrum team by educating scrum methodology and agile framework. Aditi has a strong educational background, with a PGP from IIM and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Jaypee University. She also holds a Mathematics and Computer Science degree from Vivekanand School and completed her schooling from DAV Public School. Aditi's tech stack includes software engineering, infra, SRE, QA, and Java. Aditi is a strong contender who gives close attention to details and without losing the vision of the big picture.
